DayInTheDirt Returns Policy

At DayInTheDirt, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are custom-made, we strive to deliver high-quality, unique items every time. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered differs from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size, design, or colour).

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition received. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or colour preference. Please consult our size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Window

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at shopdayinthedirt@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions. For approved returns, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds for damaged or defective items will include shipping fees.
  • For items returned for reasons unrelated to defects or errors, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. In this case, please follow the return initiation process above, and we'll ship you the correct product as soon as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

7. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning non-defective items. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Incorrect Address

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Please double-check all address details when placing an order.

9. Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure a swift delivery. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order once it’s in production. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
